Hi, I'm Laura

I am a BACP accredited counsellor, Supervisor and EMDR therapist. Having worked in Private Practice and for the NHS, for 20+ years, I have significant experience in supporting individuals and couples. I specialise in working with trauma, relationship issues, work related stress and burnout, anxiety, depression and bereavement. I also work with students and offer supervision to other counsellors.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events.
I am a fully qualified EMDR therapist. EMDR is a safe and structured form of therapy using eye movements and talking therapy to help the brain process past trauma.

Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and individuals in a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationships.

Fees & Payment
- Couples £60 per hour
- EMDR £60 per hour
- Supervision (Qualified Counsellors) £50 per 90 minutes
- Supervision (Students) £30 per hour
- Individual Clients £40 per hour
Payment by cash or bank transfer at the end of each session.
My Availability
Mondays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Fridays: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Please note: No late evenings or weekends available
Number of Sessions
The number of sessions varies considerably and depends on your specific needs and requirements. This can be discussed at your first session.
My Counselling Rooms
My office is conveniently situated just a few miles from J16 of the M6 at The Quadrangle in the grounds of Crewe Hall. Convenient for clients from Stoke-on-Trent, Alsager, Crewe, Sandbach and Congleton.
